Terms of Service

Effective 25 October 2026. These terms apply to simuveda.in, its simulator subdomains and account.simuveda.in (together, “SimuVeda”). SimuVeda is operated by Roshan Kumar Singh, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using SimuVeda you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SimuVeda provides interactive educational simulators that run in your web browser. They are learning models with stated simplifications, not professional engineering, medical, financial or safety prediction tools.

2. Accounts

Some features need a free account. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and tell us at admin@simuveda.in if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time by writing to us.

3. Pro subscription

• Pro costs ₹199 per month or ₹1,999 per year, as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• The subscription renews automatically each period and your chosen payment method is charged until you cancel.
• Pro becomes active once Razorpay confirms the payment. If a renewal payment fails, Pro continues only until the end of the period already paid for.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro stays on until the paid period ends.
• Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
• If we change Pro prices, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you by email at least 7 days before.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to SimuVeda or other users' accounts, resell access, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do so.

5. Your content

Experiments and notes you save remain yours. We store them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy page.

5a. Comments

Lab discussions are public: anyone can read them, and your display name is shown next to what you post. Keep comments on topic, respectful and free of links, personal data, advertising, cheating help and anything unlawful. By posting you allow SimuVeda to show your comment on the site. We may hide or delete comments and block accounts that break these rules; three reports from other learners hide a comment until we review it. You can edit a comment for 15 minutes and delete it at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep SimuVeda available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, change or retire simulators and features. Paid Pro features will not be removed during a period you have already paid for without a pro-rata refund.

7. Liability

SimuVeda is provided “as is” for education. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
