Shipping and Delivery Policy

Effective 25 October 2026. SimuVeda sells only a digital online service. No physical goods are shipped.

• SimuVeda Pro is delivered online to your SimuVeda account at account.simuveda.in, which works on any device with a web browser.
• Pro is activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute and at most within 24 hours.
• There are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
• If Pro is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email admin@simuveda.in; we will activate it or refund you in full.
