Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 25 October 2026. Applies to SimuVeda Pro subscriptions (₹199 per month or ₹1,999 per year). The free plan involves no payment.

Cancellation

• Cancel any time: sign in at account.simuveda.in, open Plan and choose Cancel Pro, or email admin@simuveda.in from your account email.
• Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to Free.
• Your saved experiments are not deleted when Pro ends.

Refunds

• 7-day refund on your first payment: if Pro is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first Pro payment and we will refund it in full and end Pro.
• Renewals: renewal payments are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Duplicate or wrong charges: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged but Pro was not activated, we refund the extra amount in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer usually credits it within 5–7 business days after that.
